You either have to do the job on your own and commit your precious time to watching over your VPS server, or else you need to find a 3rd–party tool whose only task will be to keep an eye on your virtual server. And that is where our Managed Services package can comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your VPS will be included in our custom–made server managing system, which will keep an eye on all the critical processes. And in case of a service trouble, our sysadmins will be informed at once and they will rectify the issue as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup of all your data is important – you never know when something can go wrong. And having signed for the Managed Services offer, you will enjoy weekly backups of your whole VPS, not only of your data, without you having to set up and configure anything. Last but not least all the backups are always retained on a server with many RAID–configured disk drives. This means that your data will always be secure, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Server, you will have absolute freedom to install any script or service on your server. But, some scripts are harder to run and might require some additional setup on your part. This is where our Managed Services offer will help you out. It features half an hour of installation & problem–solving procedures – it means that you can literally hire one of our experienced server admins for half an hour and have him help you with the installation of any kind of software program whatsoever that you desire. And/or have him take care of a problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an extra feature for the KVM VPS Servers.
